1. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the rules for:
- using the Service Provider’s website;
- making service reservations;
- providing hairdressing and other beauty services offered by the Service Provider;
- submitting and considering complaints.
- The Regulations are made available free of charge on the Service Provider’s website in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and recorded.
- The Client is obliged to read the Regulations before making a reservation or using the services.
2. Definitions

- Client – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit using the Service Provider’s services.
- Services – services offered by the Service Provider, in particular hairdressing and beauty services, presented on the website or available in the salon.
- Reservation – scheduling a date for the performance of a service via the website, by telephone, or in another way made available by the Service Provider.

3. Scope of Services and Offer Information
- The Service Provider provides services in accordance with the current offer available on the website and in the salon.
- Information posted on the website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of civil law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices of services presented on the website or communicated to the Client before the service is performed are gross prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The scope and result of the service are determined with the Client each time before the start of the service.
4. Making Reservations

- Making a reservation may require the Client to provide data necessary for its implementation, in particular first and last name and phone number.
- The Client is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data.
- The Service Provider may contact the Client to confirm, change, or clarify reservation details.
5. Rules for the Provision of Services
- Services are performed in the salon at: Warszawa, Oś Królewska 18, lok. U4, 02-972 Warszawa, unless the offer states otherwise.
- The Client is obliged to appear punctually at the agreed time.
- Before starting the service, the Client should inform the staff of all relevant circumstances that may affect the performance of the service, in particular health contraindications, allergies, or special sensitivity.
- The Service Provider may refuse to perform the service if it would be contrary to the safety of the Client, the staff, or legal regulations.
6. Payments
- The Client is obliged to pay the price for the service performed in accordance with the current price list.
- Payment can be made in cash, by payment card, or by another method made available by the Service Provider.
- Proof of purchase is issued in accordance with the applicable Polish law.
7. Cancellation or Change of Reservation
- The Client may cancel or change the date of the reservation by contacting the Service Provider by telephone or in the manner made available on the website.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change the date of the reservation for organizational or random reasons, with the obligation to immediately inform the Client and propose a new date.
8. Complaints
- The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the service.

- The complaint should include:

9. Returns and Liability
- In the case of services already performed, a refund of the price is possible only in cases resulting from an accepted complaint or from mandatory provisions of law.
- If the service has not been performed or has been performed improperly, the Client is entitled to the rights provided for by Polish law.
- The Service Provider is liable to the Client in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

11. Final Provisions
- Polish law applies to contracts concluded with the Client.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The Service Provider may change the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in legal regulations, the offer, or the method of providing services.
- The amended Regulations are published on the Service Provider’s website.
