Terms and Conditions of Service and Booking

1. General Provisions

  1. The Regulations define the rules for:
    1. using the Service Provider’s website;
    2. making service reservations;
    3. providing hairdressing and other beauty services offered by the Service Provider;
    4. submitting and considering complaints.
  2. The Regulations are made available free of charge on the Service Provider’s website in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and recorded.
  3. The Client is obliged to read the Regulations before making a reservation or using the services.

2. Definitions

  1. Service Provider – PDP WILANÓW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, NIP 9512560356.
  2. Client – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit using the Service Provider’s services.
  3. Services – services offered by the Service Provider, in particular hairdressing and beauty services, presented on the website or available in the salon.
  4. Reservation – scheduling a date for the performance of a service via the website, by telephone, or in another way made available by the Service Provider.

3. Scope of Services and Offer Information

  1. The Service Provider provides services in accordance with the current offer available on the website and in the salon.
  2. Information posted on the website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of civil law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Prices of services presented on the website or communicated to the Client before the service is performed are gross prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. The scope and result of the service are determined with the Client each time before the start of the service.

4. Making Reservations

  1. Reservations can be made:
    1. via the website;
    2. by telephone at: +48 795 907 444;
    3. directly in the salon.
  2. Making a reservation may require the Client to provide data necessary for its implementation, in particular first and last name and phone number.
  3. The Client is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data.
  4. The Service Provider may contact the Client to confirm, change, or clarify reservation details.

5. Rules for the Provision of Services

  1. Services are performed in the salon at: Warszawa, Oś Królewska 18, lok. U4, 02-972 Warszawa, unless the offer states otherwise.
  2. The Client is obliged to appear punctually at the agreed time.
  3. Before starting the service, the Client should inform the staff of all relevant circumstances that may affect the performance of the service, in particular health contraindications, allergies, or special sensitivity.
  4. The Service Provider may refuse to perform the service if it would be contrary to the safety of the Client, the staff, or legal regulations.

6. Payments

  1. The Client is obliged to pay the price for the service performed in accordance with the current price list.
  2. Payment can be made in cash, by payment card, or by another method made available by the Service Provider.
  3. Proof of purchase is issued in accordance with the applicable Polish law.

7. Cancellation or Change of Reservation

  1. The Client may cancel or change the date of the reservation by contacting the Service Provider by telephone or in the manner made available on the website.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the date of the reservation for organizational or random reasons, with the obligation to immediately inform the Client and propose a new date.

8. Complaints

  1. The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the service.
  2. A complaint can be submitted:
    1. in writing to the address: Warszawa, Oś Królewska 18, lok. U4, 02-972 Warszawa;
    2. by telephone at: +48 795 907 444.
  3. The complaint should include:
    1. Client’s contact details;
    2. date of service performance;
    3. description of objections;
    4. Client’s request, if specified.
  4. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt, unless applicable regulations require a different deadline.
  5. The Client will be informed about the method of considering the complaint using the contact details provided in the complaint.

9. Returns and Liability

  1. In the case of services already performed, a refund of the price is possible only in cases resulting from an accepted complaint or from mandatory provisions of law.
  2. If the service has not been performed or has been performed improperly, the Client is entitled to the rights provided for by Polish law.
  3. The Service Provider is liable to the Client in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

11. Final Provisions

  1. Polish law applies to contracts concluded with the Client.
  2. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. The Service Provider may change the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in legal regulations, the offer, or the method of providing services.
  4. The amended Regulations are published on the Service Provider’s website.
